Skiing in Ramsau am Dachstein
Skiing - 4-mountain ski swing and ski amadé
The Schladming-Dachstein region with its 230 fantastic kilometres of pistes offers the ultimate skiing experience at its best. Demanding experts are addressed as well as pleasure skiers, beginners and families with children. The 4-mountain ski area Hauser Kaibling-Planai-Hochwurzen-Reiteralm offers fantastic conditions and an award-winning host culture. Directly in front of Simonbauerhof is the bus stop for the ski bus, which takes you to the centre of maximum skiing pleasure within a few minutes.
With its gentle slopes, Ramsau is particularly popular with families with children and beginners. Here on the mascot Kali's slopes, the fun on the slopes is also enjoyed by the little ones, and it sometimes happens that the green ramsaur even comes by, sees what's going on and cheers on the little Pitzerflitzer.
Skiing on the UNESCO World Heritage Dachstein Glacier
The view is almost breathtaking, the air crystal clear and the experience maximum - that's skiing on the Dachstein glacier at 2700 metres above sea level. From February, experienced skiers can usually cross the Dachstein Glacier on skis and ski 25 fantastic kilometres in Obertraun (Upper Austria). From here the previously booked return transfer takes place.
